- Must be at least 25 years old
- Must have valid Driver’s License and Insurance
- $250 Down Payment upon booking
- Rentals are subject to NV Tax
- $1000 Security Deposit Required

- Special Events are subject to special rates and fees.
- $69 One Time Prep Fee, includes Full Propane Tank, Full Fresh Water, Toilet Chemical & TP.
- Must return unit with inside clean. Aside from “Normal
Interior Cleaning,” additional cleaning is charged at $75 per hour. - Customers Will Need Proof of Liability Insurance For Trailer.
