I truly dont think theres a better place in the Reno/Sparks area to buy a trailer/RV. My husband called and talked to Mark before we had gone in who had answered a few questions he had. If you're looking to rent an RV I couldn't recommend this place more highly. This last summer I had an emergency situation which suddenly required renting a trailer while mine was being repaired. Western Skies was competitively priced compared to other companies in the Tahoe area, and the trailer I rented was in great condition and immaculately clean, but what really set them apart from other companies was their customer service. All of the rental staff members were fabulous. The rental manager, Matthew actually took the time to hear what was going on with our situation, including some fairly complicated circumstances and he was able to help us out during a very stressful time. Throughout the three weeks we had the rental trailer he was responsive and helpful with any questions I had since I'm new to trailer camping. This is Part I (The Purchase). We recently ordered a Class B Coachman Nova from Western Skies. Shannon was our Salesperson. We met Shannon over a year ago when we had a Class C and were considering a Class B. He is excellent! He showed us the inventory on hand and explained all features. He encouraged us to take a test drive, and was very knowledgable and patient with us. Not pushy but helpful. Fast forward to April 2024 we finally decided on the type of RV that would be best for us. We called Shannon and once again found him honest, helpful and patient. We gave him all the specs and decided it was best for Western Skies to order one. These guys should really get 10 stars...About a month ago I had asked in a facebook group about buying the Vengeance Armoured Rogue 4007VG2 from camping world. Almost every response was DON'T. One response was we have that model on our lot in Reno. I reached out to Josh Roberts about it and what they could offer us for a our 2017 Coachmen in trade. Two weeks ago on a last minute whim we drove 3 hours to go look at the unit and talk to Josh.

Josh showed us all of the floorplans they had on the lot. We were sold on the 4007. Yesterday we went back to Reno and did the deal. This RV dealer was by far the best we have ever dealt with. The unit was ready to go. It was clean. The delivery tech was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any questions we had. The finance manager went above and beyond and got us an interest rate far below what we were originally expecting for the amount we financed. And to top it all off their pricing is far below camping world by thousands on the unit we purchased. Two weeks later I had an issue with my trailer, small issue, so we drove it up to them, after hours no less, and they fixed my problem no questions asked!! They know how to take care of their customers.I will never buy anywhere else!

The best place to buy a Travel trailer in town.

I'm renting for this year's Burning Man festival. The folks here have been super responsive and very willing to answer any questions we've had. It's clear they know the event and have had really helpful feedback for how to prepare in advance. We're really looking forward to renting through them. Highly recommended.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided great service. We rented an RV and it was in perfect condition and fully stocked. It made our travels super easy and enjoyable. My wife and I looked for close to a year for the coach that fit our needs. We did all of our research, read reviews, went to shows and payed close attention to word of mouth experiences. We also visited dealers. All the ones that come up, Fresno, Turlock, Sacramento etc... but also locally. What we found was we could indeed save a few bucks over the hill, at the cost of terrible costumer service and zero warranty assistance.

Western skies was an unscheduled stop for us, not even on the radar. Boy are we happy we stopped by.

The salesman were friendly, non pushy and eager to assist IF AND WHEN WE NEEDED THEM. We left that day knowing that although the price was higher compared to the "other guys" we did appreciate the service and that stood out to us.

2 weeks went by. We made our decision on the unit we wanted and went to work finding our deal. My wife called western skies FIRST. Told them we were ready to pull the trigger and wanted to give them first right.

30 minutes later I had a check cut from my bank to Western skies. Our salesman stood by and answered EVERY question instantly.

We picked up our new Eclipse Attitude 32SAG this morning, arriving an hour early as we were excited. Ron Jr and team were already detailing it and running it through its paces making sure everything was in order and it presented well for us. Ron Sr escorted us in to see Cindy and she knocked out our paperwork in 15 minutes. She handed us back to Ron Jr and this young man walked me through every inch of that trailer explaining every detail, making certain I understood and answering any questions I had. I went in to see Dennis before I left and bugged him for 20 minutes about accessories, the man was great. If there's anything I need, I will be calling Dennis first.

If your in the market for an RV you owe it to yourself to have a good experience doing so. They go that extra mile. Thanks again Western Skies RV!

These guys are the BEST. We have rented for them 2 times and both times we got brand new trailers. We use them every year and until we buy our own, will continue to rent from Western skies. Customer service is impeccable.

Great place! The staff was knowledgable and friendly. And the prices were reasonable. I must say Craig was wonderful and went out of his way to help us get into our RV.

If you have never owned a trailer or rv before these guys are awesome! Raughn (Ron) and his son explained each step in the process and how to use the trailer. Even though we had stupid newbie questions, Raughn Jr didn't talk down to us or make us feel dumb.

We stopped in just to peruse the inventory and get ideas for the future. Austin spent over an hour with us and was super knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He sat with us and discussed each of the attitude trailers with detail and enthusiasm. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. We are so glad we bought our travel trailer here! Austin was our no pressure sales guy. He was fantastic and the reason we bought our trailer here. Craig was super doing our paperwork. My wife and I purchased a new 21 travel trailer very recently and have been very happy with the service we have received. As we are new to RVing they were more than happy to fill us in and answered all of our questions. The staff was great, Dennis, senior and junior have been more than responsive to our needs. They are good people and willing to go beyond the call if given the chance.

My family was looking to upgrade to a toy hauler. We looked at several dealerships and the Sacramento area. We decided to buy a new Iconic from Western Skies due to the no pressure sales of Austin and having what we feel is a great trailer at a fair price. We had a small issue and the service department was wonderful. They had my trailer ready to go the next day after dropping off. Everybody there is great.
